Maple Orbit

YOUR ACCOUNT

Make the workspace work for you.

Keep the settings that matter close: your Google connection, readable reports, spreadsheet exports and control over saved data.

Profile and sign-in

Sign-in uses your Google account. You can set a display name for this workspace; it does not change Google. Your verified sign-in email is shown for reference and cannot be edited here. There is no separate Maple Orbit password or email-change flow in this release.

Your report preferences

Settings saves date format, CSV format, average-position chart direction and default country/device filters to your encrypted browser account. Defaults apply on the next workspace load; your current filters remain under your control.

  • ISO: 2026-10-18; unambiguous and sortable.
  • Day first: 18/10/2026.
  • Month first: 10/18/2026.
  • Standard CSV: comma-separated, decimal point.
  • European CSV: semicolon-separated, decimal comma with an Excel separator hint.

Display preferences never alter Google’s raw metrics or API dates. Native date-input appearance follows your browser and operating system. The position chart can place position 1 at the top, so an improving rank moves upward.

Google and the connector

Only websites accessible to your signed-in Google account appear in the property selector. Connections lists integration availability. Browser and invited connector accounts are separate; signing in with another email does not merge their saved data.

There is no multi-Google-account link, public MCP key manager, GA4, Bing, Yandex, Merchant Center, Slack or Teams connection in this version. See the availability table.

Ask Orbit is separate from support

Ask Orbit analyses selected report evidence when enabled by the operator. It requires your consent before a question, recent conversation context and bounded report rows are sent to OpenAI. It cannot read your website content, competitors, orders or conversions. Check its availability and remaining allowance in the workspace.

The support assistant answers setup and product questions from fixed help topics. It does not use your Google data or send messages to an AI provider.

Privacy and deletion

Only essential sign-in cookies are used. There are no optional analytics or advertising cookies to opt into in this release. The support assistant keeps its conversation only in page memory.

Disconnect removes browser Google credentials and attempts to revoke the Google grant. Revocation may affect other Maple Orbit connections on the same Google account. Saved reports remain until deleted. Delete browser app data removes credentials, sessions, saved reports, journal, preferences and cache; a minimal hashed trial record and usage remain for anti-abuse. Full privacy deletion is a separate verified request through support.
