Load your first report
Open Maple Orbit, continue with Google and approve read-only Search Console access. Choose the website in the property selector and select Apply. Overview compares your dates with the immediately preceding equal-length period. Keywords and Pages show the underlying returned rows.
The browser trial is available without a connector installation. The ChatGPT connector remains a separate invited pilot. Request connector access if you want to try it; this does not create a browser account or start a trial.
Google sign-in stopped
Google says access is blocked
The operator’s OAuth audience or verification settings may restrict access. Make sure you selected the Google account you intended. If it continues, contact support with the visible error. Changing your Google password or creating developer credentials is not a solution.
The callback shows 502 or an expired link
Return to the app entry and start a fresh sign-in. Do not reuse or share the callback URL: it may contain a temporary authorisation code. A deployment restart or an expired, one-use connection can interrupt the flow.
There is an ORBIT error reference
Send the reference, approximate time with timezone, and the action that failed to support. The reference identifies the stage that stopped, not the root cause by itself. Do not send tokens, passwords or full callback URLs.
My website is missing
Check that your Google account has access to that property in Search Console. Domain and URL-prefix properties can contain different data. Select the intended property explicitly; Maple Orbit cannot grant access, create a property or verify ownership.
Use a different Google account by signing out and continuing with Google again. Accounts remain separate; saved data is not merged by email.
Reports are empty or differ from Google
Match the property, dates, Web search type, country and device. Choose an older complete period if final data is not available yet. Use can for Canada or leave Country blank for all countries.
Google omits some queries. Detailed reports contain up to 1,000 top rows per period, and query-table sums can differ from separately retrieved property totals. Missing rows are not zero and do not establish whether a URL is indexed. Reports can reuse an encrypted five-minute cache.
Opportunities applies explicit thresholds to returned rows: at least 50 impressions at positions 8–20; at least 100 impressions and CTR below 1%; or question-shaped wording. It is a shortlist to investigate, not an automated SEO diagnosis.
Saved reports, CSV and dates
Save report keeps up to 100 rows per period; Export CSV downloads the rows returned for the current report. A snapshot is not an exhaustive export. Settings offers standard or European CSV and ISO, day-first or month-first dates. Native date pickers follow your device’s regional settings.
Preferences are saved to your browser account. Date display never changes the reporting dates sent to Google. For spreadsheet formula safety, potentially executable text values receive a protective apostrophe.
Ask Orbit and the support assistant
Ask Orbit uses selected report evidence when its provider is enabled. You must consent before sending the question and report context to OpenAI. It cannot fetch website text, competitor data, GA4 or orders. If it is unavailable, dashboard reports still work.
The support assistant is different: it matches your question to fixed Maple Orbit help topics in this page’s memory. It does not call an external AI service, save the conversation, inspect private reports or open a ticket. Email support for account-specific help.
Trial and billing
The three-day trial starts after successful Google connection, with no card or automatic charge. When it ends, fresh reports stop but you can manage saved records and settings. Paid subscriptions are not available yet. Reconnecting does not reset a trial. See trial allowances.
Disconnect and delete saved data
Settings lets you disconnect Google or type DELETE to remove browser app data. Disconnect attempts Google grant revocation, which may affect other Maple Orbit connections using that account. You can also remove access at Google Account connections.
Privacy requests
Delete browser app data removes credentials, sessions, snapshots, notes, preferences and cache. Minimal hashed trial records and usage counters remain for anti-abuse. For a full privacy deletion request, contact support so ownership can be verified. Connector data and past ChatGPT conversations are separate.

Email opens your own mail app; you choose whether to send. The support assistant does not submit requests automatically. We do not currently promise a support response time.
