The service and operator
Maple Orbit is operated by Vamoson Inc..
Maple Orbit provides a Google-sign-in browser workspace and a separate invited connector for ChatGPT or Claude for reading Google Search Console performance. These terms cover their current free trials, rather than a paid public subscription. Access is subject to available capacity and the terms shown when joining.
The service requests read-only Search Console access. It does not edit websites, create or verify properties, submit sitemaps or guarantee search rankings. Your use of Google, Auth0 and your chosen AI assistant (OpenAI/ChatGPT or Anthropic/Claude) is also subject to those providers' applicable terms.
Your account and access
Use your own Maple Orbit login and a Google account authorised to access the Search Console property you select. You are responsible for having permission to request and share its reports. Keep invitations, connection links and credentials private. Do not access or attempt to access another customer's information.
You retain your rights in your website and data. You authorise Maple Orbit to process the information needed to provide your requested reports, as explained in the privacy notice. Results returned to ChatGPT or Claude become part of that service's handling of your conversation.
The current trial and payments
The invited pilot includes a three-day trial, beginning after a successful Google connection. A trial lasts 72 hours. Disconnecting and reconnecting does not restart it. After it ends, report access stops; you can still disconnect Google.
No payment card is collected and no automatic charge occurs in the current pilot. Paid subscriptions and checkout are not available yet. Any future paid plan would need separate pricing and payment terms before you choose to purchase it. The pilot does not promise a permanent price, unlimited usage or indefinite free access.
Report limitations
Current report requests use Web search data, cover at most 93 days and return at most 1,000 top rows. A top-row report is not a complete export. Google may omit some queries and data, revise figures or delay availability. Average position and other metrics need context.
AI-generated explanations can be incomplete or mistaken. Verify important conclusions against the underlying figures before making business decisions. Maple Orbit does not promise traffic growth, rankings, sales or a particular business outcome.
As an early-access product, features and availability may change. Provider outages, permissions, quotas and maintenance may interrupt access. The pilot does not include a guaranteed uptime or support response time.
Responsible use
- Use the service only for accounts and properties you are authorised to access.
- Do not share private connection links or try to bypass customer separation, trial restrictions or other access controls.
- Do not overload, disrupt, probe for private credentials or misuse the service.
- Do not use reports in a way that infringes another person's rights or applicable law.
Ending access and changes
You can disconnect your Google account at any time. Account deletion is a separate request through support. Disconnecting does not erase data already held in your ChatGPT or Claude conversations or in the underlying Google property.
We may limit or suspend pilot access to address misuse, security issues, provider restrictions or the end of the pilot. Material changes to these terms will be identified before they apply to continued participation. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Browser app and Ask Orbit
The browser app uses Google sign-in and a separate account from the connector. A three-day browser trial starts after successful Google connection. No payment card is collected and there is no automatic charge. Reports and AI requests have usage limits, which may include shared service limits; access is subject to available trial capacity. Paid subscriptions are not available yet.
Saved reports are bounded snapshots, not exhaustive exports. Journal notes and performance comparisons do not prove that a change caused an outcome. Ask Orbit is optional, requires consent to sending selected context to OpenAI, and is available only when enabled. It cannot guarantee outcomes, edit your site or replace your own review. You are responsible for what you enter, save and export.
