Maple Orbit

DOCUMENTATION

Connect Search Console and run your first report.

Use the browser dashboard or connect a compatible AI assistant to the same hosted reporting tools. Directory publication is separate from custom connector setup.

Browser dashboard

Open Maple Orbit, continue with Google, approve Search Console access and choose a property. Browser and Auth0 connector identities are separate; accounts are not merged by email. Saved reports and journal entries belong to the browser account.

Before connecting an assistant

You need your own Maple Orbit sign-in and a Google account with access to a verified Search Console property. An invitation code may be required while the pilot is closed. Customers do not need to create developer credentials. Set up Search Console or troubleshoot access →

Connect in ChatGPT

  1. Use the private connector installation supplied with your invitation. The public directory listing is a separate release.
  2. Sign in to Maple Orbit. Follow Google consent and approve read-only Search Console access.
  3. Choose an accessible property. Return to ChatGPT and request a report.

Connect in Claude

  1. Open Claude Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, where available for your account. Name it Maple Orbit and enter https://maple-orbit.onrender.com/mcp. If your administrator manages connectors, ask them to enable it.
  2. Connect and sign in to Maple Orbit. Follow Google consent and approve read-only Search Console access. Enter your invitation code if required.
  3. Choose a property accessible to your connected Google account, then return to Claude and request a report.

Custom connection depends on the operator enabling Claude connections. Directory availability follows publication; these instructions do not imply a published listing.

Google connection and property selection

If Google setup does not appear during sign-in, ask Maple Orbit in your assistant to connect your Google account. Open your own temporary private link. Then ask to list your Search Console properties and select the exact property you want. Connecting another Google account under the same Maple Orbit login replaces its stored connection.

First report in either assistant

Show my selected property and Web search clicks, impressions, CTR and average position for the last complete 28-day period. State the exact dates and source.

Three workflows in either assistant

Review search performance

Compares independently requested totals and matched pages, then finds query-page opportunities and overlap candidates.

Review my selected website’s search performance for the last complete 28 days, Canada only (can). Show the main changes and evidence behind the opportunities.

Investigate a page

Returns totals, queries, daily data and previous-period changes for one exact URL. It does not fetch page content or inspect indexing.

Investigate https://example.com/my-page for the last complete 28 days and compare it with the preceding period. Use my selected property.

Find content overlap

Finds exact queries with multiple URLs in the returned rows. Overlap is a review candidate, not proof of cannibalisation.

Find content overlap on my selected website over the last complete 28 days. Show the queries, associated URLs and metrics.

Limits and report reference

Final Web search performance only; up to 93 inclusive days per period and 1,000 top rows per source request. Detailed reports default to 100 rows; request a higher limit explicitly. Daily page-workflow reports cover up to 93 dates. Comparisons use the immediately preceding equal-length period. Google daily dates use Pacific Time. Recent data may be incomplete, and omitted queries or dates are not zero traffic. This is not an exhaustive export.

Summary totals are retrieved independently; do not reconstruct totals by adding truncated rows. Supported dimensions are query, page, country, device and date. Supported AND filters are a three-letter country code (can for Canada), device (mobile, desktop or tablet), query-contains and page-contains. Contains matches are case-insensitive. No regex, pagination beyond 1,000 rows or website edits are available.

Troubleshooting

Sign-in expired? Reconnect Maple Orbit in your assistant. Google not connected? Ask Maple Orbit to connect Google. No selected website? List your accessible properties and choose one. Quota or temporary Google errors? Wait before retrying. Permissions missing? Check the same Google account and Search Console property access. An expired trial requires support; reconnecting does not reset it. Open detailed setup help →

Disconnect and request deletion

In either assistant, ask Maple Orbit to disconnect your Google account. Stored Google credentials and pending links are removed, and Google grant revocation is attempted. If revocation is not confirmed, remove access in your Google Account connections. Removing the connector from an assistant is separate from disconnecting Google.

For account deletion, access or correction, use the privacy contact. Disconnecting does not erase prior ChatGPT or Claude conversations or reset trial records. Use your assistant’s own controls for conversation deletion. Read storage, retention and third-party sharing details →
